Gwenn Pallier – Project & Product Manager at Cailabs
Gwenn Pallier holds a Masters’s degree in optical engineering from the Institute of Optics (Paris, France). As a project and product manager at Cailabs, she brings her expertise to the development and commercialization of innovative optical solutions, that optimize the quality and performance of laser machining processes.

Simone Barani – Research and development Manager at PRES-X
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, he joined the material laboratory TEC-Eurolab in 2017 in the metallurgical department where he carries out laboratory tests, failure analysis and courses.
In 2021 he joined Pres-x where he initially held the role of advanced heat treatment specialist alongside laboratory activities, and then joined the Research and Development team following various funded projects.
